  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals both services and IP from Maika Collective.
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in media and agency industry.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative projects, finding new ways to inspire audiences with creative ideas.
  • Oversee and support creative planners in delivering the best possible work.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Play a key role in production, including overseeing and planning shoots.
  • Present work to senior clients.

Requirements:

  • 3 years relevant experience within a creative advertising role, including copywriting and art direction.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Works directly with Project Managers and the Creative Team to deliver each project at an industry leading quality.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, risks are mitigated, objectives are achieved within scope and budget.
  • Executes creative concepts together with copy partner at the direction of the creative director.
  • Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques.
  • Visualizes concepts and interprets them into design.
  • Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example.
  • Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.

  • Min. 4 years experience as an Art Director (specs for branding and design) from digital agency.

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Art/Multimedia Design or equivalent.

  • Assisting the moving image and creative teams with production, pitches, VFX, visual interaction and various animation projects.
  • Create and manage original, persuasive, conceptually compelling work for original video content.
  • Design and create enticing Motion Graphics for video deliverables such as corporate videos, marketing video contents.
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create Motion Graphics.
  • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of project files.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
  • Proficiency with the latest versions of Motion Graphic software and other Design programs, Cinema 4D is a plus.
Requirements:
 
  • A motion graphic portfolio / showreel showcasing skills in creating different types of motion graphic outputs: video bumpers, superimpose, to short animation.
  • Advanced knowledge of motion graphic & animation tools (After Effect, Blender, D Max, etc).
  • Min 3 years experience in working at digital agency.
  • Highly responsible, well organized, and very attentive to details.
  • Ability to easily adapt to different visual styles and directions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the graphic design team & video team.
  • Ability to produce 3D animation is a plus.
